Functional Medicine Initial Consult Package — $850

Our comprehensive package includes:

• 60-minute consultation with your provider

• Lab testing through Fullscript (Quest Diagnostics) — blood serum tests only

• 60-minute follow-up appointment to review results and create your personalized supplement plan

• Additional follow-ups available as needed — 30 minutes each at $130

Introductory Consult Option — $225

Not sure if you’re ready for the full package? Start with a 60-minute initial consultation for $225.  If you decide to move forward with the $850 Functional Medicine package, your $225 consult fee will be credited toward the package, so there’s no need to repeat your history and physical exam.
